Very clean and comfortable, friendly host, nice drinks at the bar
Great stay in a great location! I had a really comfortable rest at this hostel and could sleep peacefully. I only stayed for one night. The owner was super friendly and connected me with other guests. He also gave so many great recommendations for traveling in the area!

オーナーさんのこだわりがたくさん詰まった素敵なお宿でした。最低限の仕上げでのオープンだったようですが、お部屋の至る所に心がときめくポイントが沢山あります。桜島の観光にぴったりなクロスバイクをレンタルしてくださるのもオススメです。歩いてすぐ近くのところにあるパン屋さんがあって、美味しいので是非朝ごはんに食べてみてください！
A pleasant stay.
It was a wonderful experience staying at this place. The stay is located in a very good location and easily accessible. The host is really friendly and had a great time talking to him. He even suggested places to visit and things to eat. Overall, it was a really good experience.

A very memorable and enjoyable stay!
The owner is very kind, and great to have conversations with! Was very helpful throughout our stay, and guided us to very nice places around the island. The place is very clean and have great homey vibes.

Highly recommended place to stay! Great location, great company, very comfy and clean space with a fantastic host. The owner is really friendly and knowledgeable about a lot of things and will happily give you tailored recommendations. Stayed with a friend there for 2 nights and had a blast. The bar area is also fantastic and you can taste several varieties of shochu there or play board games or read books. Even though it was really cold outside (we even saw some snow on Sakurajima), the house was pleasant and the beds very comfortable. Would love to return here for a stay one day. お勧めの滞在先です！ 最高の立地、最高の仲間、とても快適で清潔な空間、素晴らしいホスト。 オーナーは本当に親切で、いろいろなことに詳しく、喜んであなたに合ったおすすめを教えてくれます。友人と2泊しましたが、とても楽しかったです。バーエリアも素晴らしく、数種類の焼酎を味わったり、ボードゲームをしたり、本を読んだりすることができます。外は本当に寒かったけど（桜島では雪も降った）、家は快適で、ベッドはとても快適でした。いつかまたここに泊まりたいね～
Amazing stay in a beautiful and unique guesthouse
The guesthouse is self built and decorated down to the smallest detail, absolutely amazing. It has wide, comfortable beds and a bar in the common area where the friendly host serves drinks like speciality coffee & tea, but also beer and Shochu. You can bring your own food and drinks too. You can rent his high quality rental bikes and see all the local recommendations for Sakurajima, so we couldn’t recommend this spot enough – an experience worth more than can be counted with money.
시설도 좋았고, 사소한 것까지 신경을 쓴 흔적이 보인다 감성있고, 친절한 사장님께서 세심하게 정보를 알려주신다. 소츄 바도 너무 감성있고 맛있으니 오게 된다면 꼭 한잔 해보길!
Amazing stay, Sakurajima was an amazing discovery
The host is very kind, helpful, caring and full of good advice and nice spots to visit. I also really enjoyed talking with him at the bar while making a Sochu tasting, he explained me a lot of things about it. I highly recommend you to stay there if you to visit Sakurajima !
4000円で宿泊するのが申し訳なくなるほどの宿泊体験。 お部屋・バーカウンターをはじめ、細部までこだわりの感じられる清潔でレトロなゲストハウス。 電気工事の職人経験をもつ宿主が個人でリノベーションされたと聞きびっくりしました。 中でも鹿児島県の貴重な焼酎「森伊蔵」を薩摩切子で頂いた経験は、なんとも贅沢で忘れられない一杯になりました。 桜島のことはあまり詳しくはなかったのですが、自分のスケジュールに合わせてお勧めスポットなど丁寧にご提案いただき、桜島の魅力を一層感じる滞在となりました。 まだあまり知られていない、オープン初期の段階で泊まれた今回の経験が今後の自慢になりそうです。 また来ます。
素晴らしいゲストハウスです。レンタル自転車をレンタルして近くの温泉に行くのを強くお勧めします。オーナーはとてもフレンドリーで知識豊富です。

オーナーさんの温かいもてなしを楽しませていただきました。 リーズナブルな価格でレンタサイクルを貸していただき、桜島を満喫。1日料金と2日料金があります。 カウンターでは、屋久島帰りのゲストの方とオーナーさんが話されており、話に加わらせていただきました。何かと世話を焼いていただき、快適な宿泊体験になりました。またふらっと行きたくなる宿です。 混雑具合によっては、想定外の色々な体験ができる可能性があり、それがゲストハウスの魅力だと思います。市内・空港内のおすすめスポットも詳しく教えてくれますよ。 シャンプー類はあるので持参不要です。枕元にコンセントがあり、ベッドのカーテンも遮光性が高くて快適です。フェリーターミナルから歩ける距離で、車なしでも大丈夫です。
快適に2泊過ごすことができました。オーナーさんのこだわりが詰まったお宿で、特に照明が素敵です！近くに人気の飲食店、パン屋、温泉があるので車がなくても楽しめました。
居心地が良かったので1泊のところを2泊にしてしまいました！ 一見、普通の民家のようなゲストハウスですが、中には入ってみると照明や壁紙にこだわりが感じられとても洗練された空間です。 共有スペースのリビングは宿泊者用のカフェ兼バーになっていて、とてもハイクオリティなお酒やコーヒーを提供しています。 オーナーさんの人柄も素敵です！ 桜島の回り方をとても丁寧に教えてくださり、桜島観光がより一層楽しいものになりました。 次に鹿児島に寄った時にも必ず利用します。
かわいいかわいいゲストハウスで是非もっとの人に経験してほしいです！ 鹿児島の滞在を気まぐれで桜島にしたものの、こんなに面白い島でこんな素敵なお宿にやって来るとは想像つきませんでした！場所もフェリーから歩ける距離にありますし、インテリアも大正時代スタイルとオーナーさんのビジョンが混ざってスゴい独自で綺麗ですし、夜になったらバーのところでオーナーさんと別の来客と高級っぽい設定でゆっくり話できて凄く満喫しました！また鹿児島らへんに来たら是非また使わせてもらいたいところです。 あと、桜月荘のレンタルサイクルはスゴいちゃんとしていい感じに一日で桜島を一周出来るので超おすすめです✨️
小中学生の息子達を連れて利用しました。 ホームページの写真通りのお洒落な内装でお掃除が行き届いており、気持ちよく宿泊できました。 オーナーさんは色々なことを探求されていて面白くて、夜バーで写真集見ながらお喋りしたり撮り方を分かりやすくレクチャーしてくれたり、桜島の楽しみ方も提案してくれました。 すごくホスピタリティマインド溢れる方で子ども達にも優しくフレンドリーでした！ 次は２日くらい時間をとって、ツーリング、魚釣り、星空、パン屋さん、焼酎探しをしにまた訪れたいです。

This was a great guesthouse with such a lovely vibe. The host is a fantastic man who creates a comfortable atmosphere for everyone to relax at the bar and meet each other! He goes out of his way to help you find the best places to go on the island or in Kagoshima and you can rent a bicycle for 2000 yen a day, with which we cycled across the entire island (I recommend it, the views were amazing!). The location is beautiful, on the island of Sakurajima, with either a quick busride to and from the ferry or a 20 min walk. I slept well and I’m still in touch with the people I met there! And it’s very close to a nice local restaurant where they serve the best tonkatsu I’ve ever had. Would definitely stay here again if I wanted to visit Kagoshima again!
IMPROVISADA SAKURAJIMA
todo estuvo fenomenal,no tenía intención de llegar a Sakurajima pero improvisé de camino a Yakushima y aparte de un hospedaje económico y cerca de la estación de ferry tiene unas camas muy cómodas. El dueño muy atento,sin problema,servicial y buenísima persona. Sí es necesario alquilarle a él una bici si vas a gastar tiempo en la “isla” y ver diferentes puntos del volcán,yo intenté andando hasta el primer mirador y casi muero jajja ,en fin,todo genial,no pude ver lava porque llovía y estaba nubladisimo,pero no iba a eso, Volveré algún dia
Kind staff and relaxing atmosphere.
The location is lovely, quiet and peaceful. It’s a 20/30 minute walk to ferry and main attractions. A car would potentially be useful for the wider area but I rented a bike to cycle the island which was lovely. It was 2000yen for the day and had the benefit of no deadline to return the bike unlike other rental places on the island. The staff were also so helpful answering my questions via booking.com very promptly and even when coming back late after getting drinks with friends in Kagoshima city they messaged me as they were worried I hadn’t returned yet.
Lovely guesthouse for good value dormitory stay
Lovely place self-renovated and recently opened by a lovely proprietor in the past 4 months. He kindly helped me plan the next days of my roadtrip with helpful tips. I drove, but I think it’s not far from the bus stop. Clean, kind owner

Couldn’t rate the place high enough. Make sure you stay here. It’s basic but in the best way. You get everything you need and have the best time. The owner is the nicest most helpful person. Good location, 15 minutes walk from the port or a quick bus trip. Bike rental cheaper than others on the island. Stay here!!!!
Kleines nettes guesthouse. Um die Ecke ein gutes Restaurant und eine kleine super leckere Bäckerei. Host Yusuke ist total nett, er kennt sich sehr gut aus mit verschiedenen Shochus, die man kosten kann. Für eine Inselrundtour habe ich mir von ihm ein sehr gutes Fahrrad ausgeliehen.
